Founded in 2019 by Stanley Stephen and Keertana Stanley, Rubrican Research Lab is a think-tank and consultancy firm that specializes in providing products and services to schools in the area of experiential and project-based learning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research lab aims to develop practical pedagogy informed by research and invaluable knowledge of practice. We, at Rubrican, want to develop pedagogies that promote holistic whole-child mastery learning through experiential methodology and authentic feedback and assessment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We work with pedagogues, communities, and institutions to design educational models that meet these holistic goals within their contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research team at Rubrican provides a portal for bridging the gap between educational theory and practice. Our endeavour includes examining different models, theories and philosophies and selecting or adapting them to meet the goals of holistic whole-child experiential leaning. We conduct action research on existing models and new research that is aligned with the goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
