Stanley has 9 years of teaching experience in K-12 with holistic experiential pedagogy and writing holistic progress cards. Before teaching, he worked as a software developer for 10 years in India, Germany and the USA. He is also a poet, musician and sound engineer.

Keertana has been designing learning experiences for K-6 based on holistic experiential pedagogy since 2012. She curated curriculum for Grades KG and Grades 1, 4, 5 6 and developed assessment models for Pre-Primary, Primary and Middle school. Currently, she is pursuing M.A. Elementary Education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
